Che Hian Khor Moral Uplifting Society (Singapore) is established to promote the virtues and teachings of the five religions: Taoism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Christianity, and Islam, and to do charity. Every month, financial aid is allocated to help disadvantaged groups in society, such as lower income families, lonely elders, and school children with financial difficulties. Every year, charity fund is donated to local charity organisations to help the poor and those in need from all walks of life. Whenever we learnt from various channels that there are families in need of financial assistance, we will lean forward to provide necessary help to those in need. Che Hian Khor Moral Uplifting Society (Singapore) also set up the “Emergency Assistance Funds” with partnering schools. The relief funds provided to the partnering schools can be activated immediately to provide timely financial assistance to individual students when their families encounter emergencies or sudden loss of income. The students supported by our relief funds are regardless of race, religion, or place of origin as we believe and promote the virtues and teachings in the five religions, hence the background of the recipients is never considered.
